My wife and I lived in Seattle for 25 years before finally settling here in the far north valley. I’ve had successful careers in marketing, sales and small business ownership. I find negotiating points by asking questions that will pull info from the buyer’s agent to give us leverage: questions about timing and motivation; paying attention to body language; using techniques such as labeling, mirroring and tactical empathy. Marketing also plays a huge role in real estate transactions. I have a background in marketing: I know how the game is played, and I know how to play it. You need a good “spin doctor” on your side. That’s me.
My advertising knowledge. I go beyond traditional advertising methods, and utilize newer digital tools to help sell your home quickly and for top dollar. These may include Facebook ads, YouTube videos, BombBomb video emails, and other social media options.
We find the best-qualified buyers. We’ve compiled a massive list of 15,000+ Buyers in Waiting, so we may already have a qualified buyer for your home! We won’t ask you to leave your home and have us show it to any buyer unless they have been pre-qualified and are genuinely interested in your home. When we do an Open House, we ask attendees to register their name and contact information so we know who’s been through your home.
